Did you know there are regular Self-Compassion Yoga classes available in The Gap?

And did you know that most of the students are women over 40 and are loving the feeling of invigoration, resilience, calm and personal growth as well as building compassionate social connections?

Juliarna’s classes are a mix of flowing Vinyasa Yoga, ancient Qigong, Pranayama (yogi breathing), modern core strength activation and friendly connections and joyous laughter.

 

You can choose from… 

 

  • Outdoor Self Compassion classes in our beautiful parks of The Gap.

  • Indoor Self Compassion classes at The St Marks Anglican Church Hall.

  • Outdoor Chair Assisted Yoga Classes for people who don’t like rolling around on the ground.

  • SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Yoga classes on The Enoggera Reservoir every second Sunday

  • Half Day and full weekend walking and yoga RETREATS.
